General Roles and Responsibilities

• Attendance at staff meetings and other church meetings as needed.

• Oversee the communication of events for the whole of the church, as it pertains to this ministry.

• Create and maintain healthy relationships with the congregation of Avon UMC.

• All other duties pertaining to the position and ministry as assigned by the Pastor.

Supervision

Direct oversight will be from the pastor. Employment is the responsibility of the Leadership Team.
